What a wonderful invention this yarn is! It is a single-ply, nicely spun "roving" that is everything we love: soft to the touch, smooth for beautiful lace, with an abundance of silk to give it radiant color and a luscious drape. It's also really strong, so you can block to your heart's content with nary a worry. Did I remember to tell you that it is beautiful? Really, really beautiful?
