When I'm in the shop, Baby Alpaca is my yarn of choice for a quick "fiber hug." It's softness is so soothing, that holding a skein is like a mico-visit to a spa resort; and when I open my eyes, there's this glorious color to go with it. I always emerge from my encounters smiling and ready to happily greet my desk. In other words, the comfort level of this yarn is as extraordinary as its beauty - it's hard to imagine another yarn that is quite this nourishing to so many senses all at once.
