Isn't this a lovely thing? Feminine without being fussy, pretty with not even a hint of saccharine. The lacy vine rising upward on this shell does indeed bring to mind the sea - in my case, what I see are large kelp beds with sea otters frolicking and floating among their viney playland. And that scalloped bottom edge is just the right touch, like cockle shells all 'round the garden.

I think we owe the Fleece Artist a round of applause for her ever-so-charming design.
