A friend gave me a Knitter's Rowsary this past spring - I have loved using it so much that I wanted to share it with all of you. Not that click-y plastic counters or hatch marks on the pattern margin don't do the counting job, mind you, but they have never brought me the smiles and sense of delight with each row that I experience with the Knitter's Rowsary. It is simply charming and serene to use it.

The Knitter's Rowsary works like an abacus - the small beads are the ones, the large beads are the tens. The pleasure of sliding the beads up or down is matched only by the simplicity of looking at the cord to instantly tell where you are. As beautiful and useful as your knitting! What could be better?
