The Norway scarf, with its strongly contrasting neutrals, evokes the stark beauty of a land at the
Arctic Circle. The simplicity of its design, at the same time, reflects the Scandinavian aesthetic:
the marriage of elegance and function.

This combination scarf, cowl and headwrap borrows its bold geometric motifs and natural colours from
the Fana cardigan, originally from Fana in southern Norway. It is worked entirely in the round, as a long tube, in the Fair Isle technique, with two colours. Once joined into a Moebius ring, it can be worn in many different ways (see photos below).

The stately beauty of Ilga's Norway pairs wonderfully with the fluidity of forms it assumes at your beckoning. We think that Norway is destined to become a classic for it's artistry, beauty, and simplicity.
